Reservations and Popular Times:

• We do not require any form of reservations for play time (except for parties and special events).  Just come on in!
• We are usually busiest in the morning right when we open.
• We sometimes have moderate lines on weekends and holidays.
• If you’d like to come when there is no wait and it’s less busy, please choose a weekday any time (as long as it’s not a local school holiday) or later in the afternoon on a weekend (especially Sunday).

Waivers:

• Each adult entering the facility must sign a waiver. Minors are added to adult waivers after you fill out your own information.
• Everyone must have their name on a waiver – parents, kids, babies, grandparents, etc – if they are coming to play or even just to observe. Thank you for your understanding!
• Speed up your admission process and sign your waiver before you arrive.

Food and Beverage Policy:

• We have a high quality fast and casual cafe with a menu that appeals to both kids and their grown-ups for reasonable prices. Part of our business model is to have our guests purchase meals, drinks and snacks from our cafe, and without that we can’t be successful overall. We can also run into sticky situations with local health codes and regulations by allowing outside food. That having been said, we have no desire to be a food police and we want you to have the snacks and drinks you need and want for your family. 
• If you want to have a meal while at Candeeland, please purchase from our cafe. We do not allow prepared food from outside vendors – this included baked goods such as birthday cake or cupcakes. If you need a quick snack, we have options for you as well, but if your kid only eats one brand of cheese sticks or you just can’t have a fun day without your favorite kombucha from Whole Foods, we’d rather you bring it along than not come at all. If our menu doesn’t work for you for some reason you can always leave for lunch and come back (assuming you purchased the unlimited play option).
• For our birthday party packages, we do allow families to bring a cake or cupcakes, and if you have specific dietary needs or other reasons that the food we provide does not work for your group please let us know and we will work with you. This only applies to events in the private party rooms.
